All TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik customers are encouraged to register recently purchased new or used products.

Warranty

Register your microphone

  • All warranties on Diamond, Alchemy, R-F-T and FET Series products are fully transferable between owners for the length specified for each series, starting from the date the microphone was purchased as new.
  • Microphones come with a 90-day warranty for capsule and tube and a one-year warranty for parts and labor on the amplifier and power supply.
  • Upon registering your new products, the warranty will be increased to one year parts and labor for the capsule and tube, and four years for the amplifier and power supply.

In the case of a transferred warranty, please be sure to include where and when the microphone was purchased.

Dynamic microphones (M80, M81, M82 and all -SH, -WH variants) do not ship with serial numbers. Enter "N/A" if this applies to the product you are registering.

If possible, please share an image of your receipt.
